We use Australia Post to deliver to every corner of Australia and you'll be able to track your delivery status here once you've been sent your tracking notification number. Most products are shipped within 24 hours of payment. If you order before 12:00 pm on a business day, the order will be dispatched on the same day. If not, it will be the following business day.

  1. Email us at orders@hyava.com.au within 30 days for a return, we will respond with confirmation and the address to post the return.
  2. Re-pack the products into the box or packaging they came.
  3. Take the package to your nearest Australia Post and send to us in a Small Satchel.
  4. Email us tracking number from Australia Post and we issue you a refund confirmation email.
  5. Upon return of the product to our warehouse, we will send you a confirmation email and a full refund will be processed within 14 days. You will also receive an automatic notification to advise that the payment has been reversed.

*Loss of returned items: We would take responsibility in the unlikely circumstance that the items were to go missing due to fault of Australia Post. We will only take responsibility for lost items that we have received valid tracking numbers with Australia Post.
